Hani Caspi Cohen joined the Urban Clinic in November 2016 as the coordinator for the “Communal Urban Planning” program.  Hani received her bachelor’s in Geography, and a master’s in public policy from Hebrew Univerity. As an urban planner, she specializes in public and sustainable transportation. Today, she specializes in long-term planning, combinings aspects of housing, social sustainability, and transportation. She previously worked for a transportation planning firm that served as an advisor for the Ministry of Transportation, Egged, and the Strategic Planning Department at the Municipality of Holon. She believes in the importance of integrating knowledge between practice and academia and integrating the community component in planning processes.
