Luisa is a staff member in the Urban95 project and a teaching assistant for the Big Cities, Little Children seminar. She has a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of Brasilia and completed an internship at the Paris-Belleville School of Architecture in France. She completed her M.A. at Hebrew University through Glocal, the University’s program on international development. In her dissertation, Luisa examined the impact of education on environmental awareness in teens. Her research is based on an Urban Clinic project she led with teenage girls from East Jerusalem. Her doctoral dissertation focuses on the relationship between education and awareness about the built environment and taking responsibility for the environment among adolescents from disadvantaged backgrounds.
