Michal joined the Urban95 Project in February 2017 as the project's knowledge manager and researcher. Michal holds a bachelor’s degree in Middle East History from the University of Haifa, a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a diploma in Information Management from the Technion. Over the past 15 years, Michal has written policy papers in various fields of public policy and has dealt with the planning and implementation of advocacy strategies with government ministries. She managed the Research and Information Department of Sikkuy, the Association for the Advancement of Civic Equality between Jews and Arabs. During the past 3 years, Michal has been engaged as an independent consultant and researcher for non-government organizations.
