Muhammad Abu Lail graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education and holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Haifa. Graduate of the Pioneer Program for Local Authorities. Specialized in the field of local government and public work. In the past, he worked in the field of education and in the management of associations that specialize in integrating people with disabilities into society. Today, he works as Assistant to the Mayor of Umm al-Fahm for strategy and project management, in addition to managing the follow-up area. He is a social activist and entrepreneur.
