She advocates for Human Rights. Morany received her LL.B (with excellence) and LL.M from Haifa University and nowadays studying for M.A in Urban Planning at the Hebrew University.
Since 2014, she has worked at Adalah Center in the Land and Planning Unit on topics related to planning in the Arab towns and for the recognition of the unrecognized villages in the Naqab. Her work includes submitting petitions against laws and policies and objections to master plans that violate human rights. Among other things, she works on cases related to distributive and spatial justice as well as segregation, discrimination in housing, infrastructures, and
