Noga joined the Clinic in November 2016 as the coordinator for child-friendly planning. She is a social worker (MSW) and holds an M.A. from the School of Social Work and Social Welfare at the Hebrew University in Policy and Administration. For many years, Noga worked for the Jerusalem Municipality at the Ramat Shlomo Welfare Office in community service administration. She spent five years coordinating and advocating to include social issues in the city planning process in this role. Social planning was considered a relatively new and unique field of knowledge seeking to effect social change through planning mechanisms. Noga has since moved on to different projects and remains a close friend of the Urban Clinic. The following is an in-depth profile of Noga and her more recent work.
