bachelor's degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Haifa, and works for a local council for urban planning and building as a plan examiner.

She is finished her master's degree in Urban Planning at Hebrew University. Through her scholarship at the Clinic, Rema promoted a placemaking project in Taibah together with the Arab Center for Alternative Planning
