Sahar recently changed jobs as a result of her studies, from work as a community engagement advisor with the private sector firm "PPL" to program manager with El Bayader.

She manages El Bayader’s major national project of 'Roof-top agreements' - large multi-year budgets for housing, infrastructure and economic development.

She is a graduate of the MA Cadets program in Public Administration at Haifa University, and of the Mandel Program.
